How to Return an Item
Kindly return the items within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, you may raise a return request against your order ID by writing to us at – feedback@thehillcarttales.com
Shipping the product back to our facility has to be arranged by the customer with the following details-
- a. Reason for return
- b. AWB No. (Courier tracking number)
- c. Send it to the below mentioned address-

The purchase price will be credited to your account within 14 working days after the receipt of the product at our facility. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at feedback@thehillcarttales.com. Be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly.
